Job Description
This part-time Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, ensuring a high-performing sales culture. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate processes, excellent customer service, handling duties like cashiering and stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role emphasizes energy, urgency, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs
