Job Description
At Home is seeking a Part-time Team Member (TM) to support all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes. The role focuses on maintaining a positive atmosphere, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include cashier and front-end duties, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and store housekeeping.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
