Job Description
The Team Member role supports operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, maintains an active selling culture, and ensures all processes are held to documented company standards. The role requires a positive attitude, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
- Reliable and trustworthy with ethical and honest behavior
- Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business
