Job Description
This part-time Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to drive sales. The team member focuses on maintaining a positive attitude, excellent customer service, accurate execution of company policies, and contributing to a customer-focused environment. Key duties include cashiering, merchandising, freight handling, store recovery, and contributing to a safe and profitable store.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Exceptional verbal and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50lbs or team lift 100lbs
- Reliability and honesty
