Job Description
This Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes within a Home Décor retailer to maintain a positive sales culture and ensure consistent application of company standards. Responsibilities include customer service, accurate transactions, store operations, and contributing to inventory control.
