Team Member

Team Member role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
• The ability to work effectively independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
• Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior
