Job Description
This part-time Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, focusing on maintaining a strong sales culture. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, performing duties like cashiering and merchandising, ensuring accurate transactions, and completing daily/weekly tasks efficiently. The role involves contributing to inventory control, safety, and loss prevention.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly and concisely
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs
