Job Description
The Team Member (TM.) role focuses on supporting all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes, ensuring sales performance and fostering a customer-focused shopping environment. Responsibilities include cashier and front-end duties, freight unloads/stocking, store recovery/cleaning, and active participation in customer satisfaction, inventory control, and safety/loss prevention.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
