Job Description
This Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes for a Home Décor retailer, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, a positive shopping experience, and effective store operations. It involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a customer-focused environment, and maintaining company standards. The role contributes to sales and profits.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma/Equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and comprehension).
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
