Job Description
This Part-Time Team Member role supports all aspects of store operation, focusing on ensuring high standards, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency. The TM assists with merchandising, customer service, stocking, freight and home decor, and store recovery, contributing to a positive and profitable shopping experience.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, comprehension)
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
