Zone Lead - FT

The Zone Lead reports to the Zone Manager and supports merchandising in designated zones, maintaining an active selling culture and ensuring visual aspects are set and upheld to documented company standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Background Check will be completed
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
