Zone Lead - FT

The Zone Lead supports merchandising in designated zones and maintains an active selling culture by ensuring that all visual aspects are set and upheld to documented company standards. Provides expertise in visual standards, merchandising techniques, fixturing, and implementation of all in-store marketing elements that reinforce seasons/holidays and in-store promotions within their designated areas.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior
• Creates a sense of urgency; promotes teamwork, delegates appropriately; motivates self and team to accomplish objectives
• Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business
