Requirements

• Lead R&D process development across technologies like IC Substrates with glass core
• Screen, specify, install, and qualify new equipment and process technologies
• Set up, optimize, and qualify processes including DOE execution and parameter definition
• Develop new manufacturing concepts in alignment with global R&D teams, plants, and partners
• Evaluate and develop new and existing suppliers and equipment manufacturers
• Drive process control, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build advanced substrate and IC packaging manufacturing know-how
• Provide technical solutions to ensure structured and efficient project execution
