Junior Customer Quality Engineer (f/m/d)

AT&S is a leading global manufacturer of high-end IC substrates and printed circuit boards. We are looking for a Junior Customer Quality Engineer to join our successful Quality Engineering Team at our plant in Leoben, AT. The role involves customer-focused tasks such as implementing customer-defined quality requirements in production, preparing quality documentation, and supporting customer audits. Production-focused tasks include monitoring compliance with internal quality standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• HTL graduate or University degree in Engineering or equivalent proven experience
• Strong communication skills in English and German (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized and eager to learn
• Experience in customer or supplier communication and substrate industry is an advantage
