The role involves developing and qualifying new technology and materials, promoting process capability, and ensuring product quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Develop & qualify new technology/ material/ process/ equipment
• Evaluate & Introduce new material & chemistry to AT&S
• Protect company key technology by generating new ideas and submitting IP
• Promote process capability & stability
• Secure NPI product with good competitiveness & satisfy customer requirement/yield target
• Execute feasibility study & path finding
