Line Control Technician (Production Control/Planner)

Line Control Technician (Production Control/Planner) responsible for implementing lean manufacturing techniques, analyzing production processes, and developing standard work procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in production processes.

Requirements

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Business or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools (5S, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping)
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Data Analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab or similar software
• Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills
• Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities tasks effectively
