Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Management System Specialist to support and maintain our Quality Management System in alignment with international quality standards and certification requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and updating internal documentation, overseeing the PDCA workflow, and ensuring shop floor compliance with QMS requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in a technical field and several years of industry experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and related quality standards
- Solid understanding of core quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan)
- Experience in project management and working with cross functional or intercultural teams
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good stress management skills and ability to work in demanding environments
- Excellent English skills and good proficiency in MS Office
