The ideal candidate will challenge site and functional leaders to deliver results, foster accountability, and leverage best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Orchestrate key transformation programs across plants, functions, and business units.
- Drive governance and performance cadence through structured PMO frameworks, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
- Translate strategic goals into executable workstreams and ensure focus on impact, cost competitiveness, and organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and review sessions with leadership teams, creating momentum and fostering a solution-oriented mindset.
