Job Description
Ataccama is seeking an Accountant to process and book various financial documents, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain up-to-date ledgers. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounting, knowledge of Czech accounting standards, and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Czech accounting standards, IFRS and local GAAPs within Central and Eastern Europe are beneficial
- Familiarity with VAT regulations and basic statutory reporting requirements
- High school degree in economics or above
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proactive mindset – able to anticipate issues and suggest solutions before they escalate
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. NetSuite, Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar)
- Comfortable using GSuite and AI tools
- Ability to speak communicative Czech & English
