Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years' experience in an HR, Recruitment, People Operations, or project-focused role
- Strong understanding of HR operations and project management capability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS platforms, and productivity tools
