Microsoft D365 Developer

ATC is a global logistics, white-glove, and technical services specialist for data centers. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft D365 Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and customizing ERP systems, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
• Strong technical background with a focus on ERP and TMS systems.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in D365 development or ERP development.
• Proven experience in 2-3 full lifecycle ERP/TMS implementations.
• Ability to configure and customise Dynamics 365 modules to meet business requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data modeling.
• Experience conducting training sessions for end-users and creating user manuals.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and best practices.
• Experience integrating D365 with other systems.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to varying work standards and demands.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
• Capable of completing tasks within required timelines.
• Resilient and able to manage shifting priorities.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience with data migration.
