Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Clerical Data Entry

We are looking for a Clerical Support Staff to work in our Lexington, KY location. The ideal candidate will have great social skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent spelling and grammar skills. They will also be familiar with customer service, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and Outlook. QuickBooks experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 6 months of experience as a Bookkeeper Assistant or Office Assistant
• QuickBooks experience a plus
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and Payables a plus
