System AIT Engineer

We are looking for a System AIT Engineer to support OHB Italy in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will be the main support to the AIT Manager for the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of all AIT activities related to a specific project.

Requirements

• Master's degree or comparable in Aerospace Engineering or similar
• At least three years of professional experience in the domain of AIT
• Confident with Space Business documentation, such as Satellite/Payload/Equipment User Manuals, Architecture, Design and Test Requirements, Procedures, Assembly Drawings and similar
• Knowledge of the quality principles which apply to the Space Business, inside and outside a Clean Room
• Proficient in the use of MS Office tools, including MS Project
• Proficient in the use of CAD Viewer software
• Strong understanding of issues, identification of root causes and definition of solutions
• Good interpersonal skills both internally with colleagues and externally with the customer
• Good reporting capabilities and easy communication to the Management
• Availability to execute work also in long term missions, as per the Environmental or Launch Campaign
• Available to work in multiple shifts or at weekends and bank holidays, when necessary for the achievement of Project milestones
• Candidate must be eligible to live and work in the EU
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
