Job Description
We are AthariCommerce – a rapidly growing e-commerce agency based in Cologne – and create Shopify stores for startups and medium-sized businesses. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support us in administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Support CEO in organizational, administrative and project-related tasks
- Support accountants with payroll and bookkeeping
- Present company internally and externally and coordinate communication
- Take over small projects independently
- Take care of tasks around business management
