Administrative Assistant

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director and assist in coordinating various agency general services activities and special projects.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures
• Familiarity with office equipment operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience coordinating office operations
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
