Human Services Specialist IV

The Human Services Specialist IV will provide direct advocacy and trauma-informed support to survivors involved in civil and criminal court proceedings. The role involves providing comprehensive support, essential resources, and appropriate referrals to clients while coordinating closely with county partners, law enforcement, and the State's Attorney's Office.

Requirements

• Experience working in the health and human services field
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practices, crisis intervention, and victim advocacy
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary partners including law enforcement, prosecutors, and social service agencies
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
