Job Description
Athenaworks is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to manage a multi-region Kubernetes platform and work with engineering teams to deploy, maintain, and monitor applications. The ideal candidate has experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code, as well as strong scripting skills and an eye for security.
Requirements
- Several years of experience provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Strong scripting skills (bash and python)
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline building
- Ability to provide and receive feedback constantly
- Ability to make documentation on the fly
- Experience with SSL certificates and DNS entries
- Experience with ingress routing, resource allocation, and permissions administration
