The Athenian School seeks a Human Resources Manager/Director to oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop policies and systems to support a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-aligned workplace.

Requirements

• Experienced HR professional with technical expertise and strong relational leadership skills
• Progressive responsibility in human resources operations, compliance, recruitment, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced degree or HR certification preferred
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex and confidential matters
