AUSL Seasonal Ticketing Associate

Athletes Unlimited is seeking a Ticketing Associate for its professional women's softball league. The role involves scanning tickets, processing sales, and providing customer service to fans. The position is contract-based and requires flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and non-traditional hours. The rate for this position is $20/hr. Requirements

• Gate Operations: Efficiently scan mobile and physical tickets at entry points while maintaining a steady flow of fans into the venue
• Box Office Sales: Process ticket purchases, and will-call using our ticketing software.
• Problem Solving: Act as a customer service expert to resolve seating issues, troubleshoot digital ticket apps, and provide seating directions
• Fan Engagement: Greet every guest with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor that embodies the league's brand
