Pega Lead System Architect

Athora is looking for a Pega Lead System Architect to work on impactful projects at a leading pension insurer. The successful candidate will design scalable, reusable, and future-proof solutions, lead the technical design, and guide the development teams. The company is a strong player in the pension market with over one million customers and is looking for someone who is not afraid of change, knows how to take on things, and has the ambition to achieve results.

Requirements

• Coaching colleagues in the application and optimization of Pega process implementations and quality standards
• Ensuring quality, performance, and security
• Designing scalable, reusable, and future-proof solutions
• Functioning as a point of contact and sparring partner for the development teams
• Developing guidelines, training, and best practices around Pega development
• Promoting standardization of Pega use within the organization
• Pega CLSA certified with at least 5 years of experience
• Experience in guiding development teams
• Experienced with the latest Pega features and best practices and continuously up-to-date with developments
• Communicative skills in both Dutch and English
• Advice skills, both at management level and towards operational implementation
• Good command of the Dutch language in writing and speech
• Agile SAFe
• Residency in the Netherlands
