As a Test Manager within Business Solutions, you will work for multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), including Finance, Pension Employer, and Pension Personal. You will play a central role in ensuring the quality of software products throughout the entire development process.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Test Manager in the pension sector
- HBO work and thinking level
- Implementation ability, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and business change management
- High analytical and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of test automation, scripting, frameworks, and integration in DevOps pipelines
- Knowledge of SAFe and Azure DevOps/TestPlans
- Data-driven underpin problems and solutions
- Coaching leadership style
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing
