Job Description
MaintainX is a leading AI-powered Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform built for the modern world, aiming to make blue-collar workers' lives easier. They are seeking a Testing Manager to lead testing organizations and drive continuous delivery, optimizing processes and scaling testing strategies. The role involves leading testing teams, defining test strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing QA and test automation teams
- Strong understanding of testing strategy and architecture (unit, integration, contract, load, E2E)
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern testing tools
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
- Excellent communication skills
