20454 - Testing Group Manager

We're looking for a Testing Group Manager to join our team in Netanya! This is a full-time position - not hybrid. Qualitest is the world’s leading AI-powered Quality Engineering company, and we partner with top global brands to deliver smarter, faster, and more reliable technology solutions.

Requirements

• Manage the system testing domain within the organization, including planning and executing tests on complex systems.
• Develop comprehensive test plans for systems based on advanced technologies.
• Perform functional, integration, performance, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing.
• Identify, resolve, and document defects encountered during testing.
• Work closely with development and engineering teams to improve system quality and integrity.
• Implement automation of testing processes where applicable.
• Train and professionally manage the testing team.
• Generate detailed reports on testing results with recommendations for improvement.
