We're looking for a Test Manager to lead the testing of our most impactful digital initiatives. You'll report directly to the Head of Engineering and take ownership of test planning, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership across internal squads and external vendors.
Requirements
- Test Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of test experts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Test Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
- Defect Management: Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, tracking, and resolution of issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of testing activities within the overall project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Reporting: Provide regular status reports and metrics to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
