Job Description
Facilities Maintenance Manager - Metal Fabrication and Welding Plant, and Distribution Center responsible for planning, organizing, and directing maintenance staff on projects related to maintenance of the shop and equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
- 10 years working in a plant maintenance leadership role, ideally in an industrial setting.
- Competency managing a facility wide Preventative Maintenance program.
- Technical experience in hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, fabrication and electrical hardware is critical.
- Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred
- Strong Mechanical and/or Electrical skill sets
- Strong Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and MS Project
- Exposure to Computer Aided Maintenance Programs.
