Job Description
We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to be based out of Hobart, IN. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for the development & troubleshooting of processes and production lines related to design, material, or process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering
- 3-5 years' experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent in 2D CAD applications – AutoCAD
- Excellent in Inventor and 3D CAD applications
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the use of Windows Applications: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to achieve consensus, provide leadership, and create accountability
- Project Management Experience including defining, detailing, documentation, and driving completion of projects
- Experience in setting departmental goals and cascading personal goals
