PVC Production Supervisor (Night Shift)

Atkore is seeking a PVC Production Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead a team in manufacturing PVC Pipe & Conduit products. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and a passion for Lean and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in plastic pipe/conduit extrusion strongly preferred
• High energy, strong work ethic, schedule flexibility, and ability to work additional hours based on business needs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including conflict resolution
• Continuous improvement background (lean, WCM, GMP, etc.) and the passion to grow your lean experience
