Job Description
Atkore is searching for a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeastern US Region. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role and/or industry. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.
Requirements
- Drive continued growth for our product portfolio of municipal and plumbing products
- Educate, train & develop our Sales Agents and end users on products
- Enter, track, manage, and report on projects, opportunities, and territory sales plans
- Manage performance of Sales Agents and make changes as warranted
- Conduct sales objective reviews by product for all agencies and each direct salesperson
