SOC Lead - Detection & Response

Atlan is building the missing context layer for data and AI, helping enterprises close the AI value chasm. The company is looking for a SOC Lead who will own Atlan's security operations end-to-end. The SOC Lead will be responsible for building the AI-native operations layer that defines what security ops looks like at Atlan.

Requirements

• 6+ years in security operations
• Experience with SIEM platforms
• Experience managing or working closely with a managed SOC or MDR vendor
• Strong incident response fundamentals
• Comfortable with cloud-native environments
• Experience with EDR platforms
• Ability to write clearly
• Hands-on experience building automation
• Working knowledge of LLMs and how they can be applied to security operations
• Experience building or using AI-assisted security workflows
• Ability to evaluate and deploy AI SOC agent tooling
