Job Description
Join the team at Atlanta Autism Center as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Provide ABA therapy in 1:1 or small group settings, implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. Collaborate with families and other professionals, and adhere to company policies and BACB ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Current/Valid RBT Certificate
- H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelors, or associate’s degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field preferred
- Relevant experience preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Desire for continued learning opportunities, and willingness to embrace instruction
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team members
- Computer skills
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders required
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment by cleaning and sanitizing all equipment, surfaces, and supplies
