Job Description
The Customer Care Center Associate is responsible for day-to-day customer service, inside sales, and tele-sales activities. The Associate positively reflects the Company’s brand image, and builds a favorable rapport with customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- 1 year of prior experience in a call-center/customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused and an excellent team-player
- Ability to effectively resolve customer issues, while dealing with stressful situations
