The Compliance and Privacy Manager oversees the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and legal requirements. This role focuses on fraud prevention, data security, patient privacy, and organizational compliance, as well as data analytics to monitor and audit activities. The Manager will collaborate with other departments and support the Director of Corporate Compliance in creating effective and preventative policies.
Requirements
- Oversee compliance risk areas including general compliance, fraud, waste reduction, privacy, Medicare/C&D compliance.
- Support the Director of Corporate Compliance in policy implementation and training.
- Conduct investigations and monitoring compliance assessments.
- Develop reporting and compliance communication plans.
- Collaborate with management, legal, and human resources.
