Responsible for working inside the infusion center and facilitating advanced primary and specialty nursing services. Provides general and preventative care for children and adults, perform check-ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication.
Requirements
- Provides new patient consultation and reviews health history.
- Performs physical examinations and screening on the patients.
- Provides after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families.
- Ensures patient records are maintained including test results, immunizations, condition changes.
- Delivers quality, physician-level care while complying with company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics.
- Recommends further treatment options or future appointments if required.
- Performs diagnoses health problems and provides medications.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
