Job Description
Atlantic Health is seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding Post-Acute Care Team located in Morris County, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver comprehensive care to patients within skilled nursing facilities across the Morris County area.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in skilled nursing facilities or with geriatric patients as a nurse practitioner
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR and Point Click Care systems
