Requirements
- Maintains accurate, complete health care records.
- Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects.
- Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans.
