Requirements

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
