Job Description
Atlantic Housing Foundation (AHF) is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to assist the Community Manager in effectively managing assigned properties. This role involves maintaining daily/weekly reports, updating resident information, handling client interactions, and ensuring property operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and laws. The position requires strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to resident relations.
Requirements
- 2 years of LIHTC, HUD and Section 8 experience (required)
- 1-year experience in property management (required)
- 1-year experience with Yardi or Yardi Voyager (preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
