Job Description
Atlantic Housing Foundation (AHF) is seeking a Service Technician to assist with property upkeep, repairs, and maintenance for a Waters at James Crossing Apartments community. The role involves grounds keeping, on-site amenities upkeep, responding to emergencies, and adhering to safety and legal requirements. It is a full-time position with potential for overtime.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of multi-family maintenance experience (preferred)
- EPA 608 Certification (Type I or Type II preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in poor weather conditions
- Ability to climb ladders, read/write/speak English
