Job Description
The Digital Product Manager will lead a team of direct and cross-functional resources to execute Atlantic Union’s Digital Strategy, requiring significant stakeholder influence and relationship management. The role will lead product managers in creating and implementing digital visions, strategies, and roadmaps for business growth, and will manage a team of analysts responsible for documenting business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of financial services experience
- 5+ years of experience in the digital space
- Experience as a people manager
- Program management and leadership experience
- Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing against a strategic plan
- Proven ability to develop product roadmaps, define requirements, and lead implementation efforts
- Demonstrated interpersonal and management skills
