Vice President - ASC Operations

Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Vice President to lead operational strategy, new center onboarding, growth strategies, and program development for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. The role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and financial acumen to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Oversee a portfolio of ASCs across a geographic area
• Establish effective communication and positive relationships with physicians
• Develop programs to foster physician engagement and satisfaction
• Guide the implementation of initiatives across the region
• Collaborate with functional department leadership to operationalize new facilities and expansion of service sites
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to align with the organization's goals and vision
• Monitor and ensure achievement of annual operating plans across all Centers
• Ensure overall compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements
